In order to initiate the Registration process with the Leagues, it is required that the Player's account on The FA Player Registration System is linked with the Parent/Guardian's The FA account, and Online Consent is given to the Club. If this is not achieved in time, the player will not be able to play in a League match. Training only players will also be added on to the System so they are ready for when their Membership is upgraded to League Registered Member.

In order not to delay the League Registration process, please:

link your child's account with yours now; and
give us the Online Consent.

For both processes, emails will be sent from thefa@info.thefa.com so please check in your Spam folder if you do not see them.

Linking Accounts

You will receive an email from The FA requesting you to link your child's account to your account.
If you (parent/guardian) do not have an account with The FA, please create one at https://www.thefa.com/account/signin. (Please DO NOT CREATE your child's account!)
Follow the instruction on the email to Link the accounts.

Providing Online Consent

Once the accounts are linked, you will receive another email from The FA requesting you to consent to play for our Club.
Follow the instruction on the email to Give Consent.
If you do not receive the email, please click here to give consent directly.

* This consent will last 5 years so you will not have to do this process every year. You can cancel your consent at any time via your The FA account.

If these 2 processes are completed, once your Application with the Club is approved and necessary fee payments are made, the Player Registration process with the League will be initiated. (Further documentation requirements TBC with HYFL/CGL, eg Player's current photo and photo of ID/Proof of DoB.)
