2. Membership Information


Introduction

Annual Membership runs from 1st July to 30th June the following year. All Membership automatically lapse at midnight on 30th June.

All players wishing to play for, or train with AEWFC must become a Member by following the membership process.

Harrow Youth Football League player registration closes on 28th February. Capital Girls League player registration closes on 31st March. It is not possible to register to play league games after these dates.


Types of Membership

AEWFC has 2 types of Membership.

CLUB MEMBER Membership is for any player who is training with the Club but is not registered to play league games. This will include Soccer School players in Year 1 or 5+, Wildcats and Squad training only players. The Annual Fee is £130. This can be paid in full at application or paid in 2 instalments of £65 each at application and in January.

LEAGUE REGISTERED MEMBER Membership is for any player who will be registered with Harrow Youth Football League or Capital Girls League, and represent the Club in league games. The Annual Fee is £220 for players up to U10, and £240 for players from U11 to U18. This can be paid in full at application or paid in 3 instalments of a non-refundable Membership Application Fee of £60 at application, and £80 (up to U10) / £90 (U11 to U18) each in October and in January.

If there are 2 or more League Registered Members in the family, each other sibling's Annual Fee is £130. Please give information regarding siblings in the "Siblings in AEWFC" section in the Form.

Membership Application Process

All players wishing to play for, or train with the Club must fully complete the AEWFC Membership Application Form, and the Application must be accepted by the team representative.

For League Registered Members, £60 of the Membership Fee (a non-refundable Membership Application Fee) is payable at the time of Application. The League Registration will only be processed when at least the Membership Application Fee of £60 is paid.

All Fee payments must be CASHLESS, ie either by bank transfer or online payment. Special payment terms can be requested for financially disadvantaged applicants.

The Membership Fee must be FULLY PAID by the end of February. If the Membership Fee is not fully paid by the end of the Season, the Member will NOT be eligible to apply for the following Season's Membership, or receive an end of Season Trophy.

Special Circumstances

AEWFC firmly believes in and promotes an inclusive ethos to allow all children a chance to play football. If you are facing financial hardship and are unable to pay the full membership fee, please download the Special Circumstances Application Form and email the completed form back to membership@aewfc.org.uk. Please be assured that Special Circumstances applications will be treated in strict confidence.

If, during the season, your circumstances change and you are no longer able to afford remaining instalments, please email membership@aewfc.org.uk to request delayed payment or to request a special circumstances application form at that stage.
