The Club Secretary is one of the most important roles in a club. The main point of contact for the county, team managers and clubs/leagues, the Secretary will look after the administrative duties for the club.

Main Duties:

Support and assist all members of the Committee
Enter leagues and cups agreed by the Committee
Act as club representative to the Harrow Youth Football League
Assist with recruitment and publicity to raise the number of members in the Club

Skills Required:

IT literate
Ability to write reports
Excellent organizational skills

Experience needed:

Secretarial skills or background may be an advantage
The ability to construct agendas
Effective communication skill - verbal and written
Access to a PC
Access to a photocopier would be a distinct advantage, although not essential
