The FA’s Grassroots Code is a national behaviour standard designed to unite participants and to create safer, more respectful and more enjoyable environments. This is done by setting out five simple Standards of Behaviour: Enjoy the Game, Give Respect, Be Inclusive, Work Together, and Play Safe. These standards apply to players, coaches, parents, spectators and volunteers, helping clubs build consistent culture and expectations across every team.
