Please find attached the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) taking place on Friday 24th October 2025, 19:30 to 21:00 at Wasps FC, Twyford Avenue, W3 9QA. Please also find attached the Minutes from last year's AGM.

The Committee would like you to know that they are looking to fill below roles at the AGM:

Club Secretary
Fundraising Officer
Purchasing Officer
Social Secretary

Anyone interested in these or any other committee roles is most welcome and can talk to any of the current committee members if they would like more details.

Please note that:

1. Any nomination for election of members as Club Officers or as members of the Club Committee shall be notified to the Club Secretary (secretary@aewfc.org.uk) not less than 10 days before the AGM (Tuesday 14th October). Nominations should then be made verbally in the meeting by the proposer and seconder, both of whom must be existing members of the Club.

2. Notice of any resolution to be proposed at the AGM shall be given in writing to the Club Secretary (secretary@aewfc.org.uk) not less than 10 days before the AGM (Tuesday 14th October).
